    RULES

I had this conversation without someone about loopholes in rules and regulations. I’m not going to say what we have uncovered. We are just aiming to get what we want without following the rules down to the letter.

The first question we asked ourselves is what do we want to achieve. We made that clear. Then, we looked at what we needed to accomplish based on the requirements and rules that had been established. The third, and final question, was the what if and what about. For those who could not produce the requirements and would not be able to abide by the rules, what can be done to still achieve what they want.

What we discovered are the loopholes. By asking around and doing some quick Google searches, we’ve encountered others bypassing the requirements and rules to achieve what they want. It is not illegal, of course. It is still ethical to do, maybe. But the point is, there are other ways to achieve what we want without strictly following the rules and requirements that is generally known to the public.

Rules are in place to create order. These are written and agreed upon to ensure that the most common concerns are addressed systematically and there is a smooth processing of things we want to achieve. Without one, chaos could ensue and there would be more confusion.

However, if the rules do not accommodate a concern, it can be bypassed and it would be up to us to find ways to still achieve what we set out to do. This very nature results in progress as it follows the same principle of learning from mistakes and failures in order for us to grow and be successful.

It is important to remember that not all the time we should bypass it. We should still think if bypassing it is morally correct and legal. We should still consider our values and beliefs when we do so. As not doing so may hurt us in the future.

So, what we’ve learned is that rules apply to all, of course, but depends on the situation and circumstances. If the rules do not accommodate a certain predicament, then we have to find other ways to do it, to bypass it. You may think that this is considering rules do not apply to us, that we are special. No. It is just finding other ways to accomplish what we want and not be caged by words written by men.
